It was a nice stay, staff was friendly and helpful. Just did not have enough hot water for shower.

They were very helpful the moment we walked in.. stayed an extra night and got to keep the same room..

The hotel is attached to a major health centre in Winnipeg. If you are staying at the hotel for medical appointments it is an ideal place to stay. However the area is not the greatest and numerous security personnel and police are in and around the premises. The hotel rate was not inexpensive as we paid $533 for two nights (parking also extra at 15day/night). We had no problem getting a spot in the parking lot so that was a bonus. You are paying for the convenience to the medical centre and not the ambiance of a fancy hotel. Our room was nice with plenty of room and a comfy bed. however getting hot water was an issue. One night we had a cold shower and both days the water in the sink got luke warm at best. We ate breakfast at the restaurant twice - it was ok. The desk staff were helpful and room service was good.

Don't book this hotel. You will regret it. I also felt unsafe here.

Everything was ggod

The ideal place to stay when having an appointment at Health Science Centre. We didn't even have to go outside as there is an entrance right from the hotel lobby. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff more than friendly.

It was loud and noisy all night with people coming and going until 5am to the room across the hall

Property was clean and staff were friendly. Did not feel very safe at times.

Lots of fighting on the floor the last night of stay. Called front desk didn’t really work.
