Only stayed here for one night. Our room was nice and the staff was very nice.

We needed to park our car in garage for a short while prior to removing our luggage. The underground parking is extremely difficult as there is a 90* angle that needs to be negotiated

Excellent breakfast.

We only stayed for one night before leaving Lisbon. The hotel could use a bit of a refresh. Be aware, if you wish to open the window, the hotel is on the flight path and planes roll over every 3-5 minutes. Staff were friendly.

Very comfortable hotel close to metro line.

Great location to access all areas of the city. The rooms were off a good size, full bathroom, very clean and the staff were so welcoming and helpful

We stayed here for the Lisbon half marathon weekend. The location was great - short taxi from the airport and near metro / train station so you can easily get to the centre of town. From the images the hotel looked like it had been renovated and it looked modern - other than the reception area.. this wasn’t the case when you got to your room. For a 4 star hotel I expected much more - this was more like a 2/3 star. I realise being close to the airport you’d expect some plane noise but in no review did I read anything negative which makes me suspicious. If you are a light sleeper - do NOT stay here. You are directly under the flight path of planes landing which is constant every few minutes until 1:30am and starts again at 5am. My windows were literally shaking! My room had no working AC (yes I did tell reception and left a maintenance card). No kettle or hot drink making facility which I think is a basic amenity in. 4* hotel room - but you can hire a kettle for 5 euros a night (!!!!). The shower / bath is impossible to work if you don’t have the strength to push all your body weight into the lever to change the tap. The fridge is full of stock which charges you when you move it - so you can’t utilise the fridge with ease if you want to put your own items in. I made reception aware I had to use it so I wasn’t charged. All in all - not what you expect for a 4 star even for a basic room. It needs work for sure. The staff are the best part - very helpful and kind.
