Sangat Baik Staff were amazing, communication was very thorough. Pool villa was aesthetic but slightly aged. Comfy bed, dark room, cold A/C and not noisy, refreshed tooth brush, vanity kits and towels every day. breakfast included in villa. laundry across the road,10 mins on Gojek to garlic lane, double six beach, good location very pleasant stay.

I really recommend Aleva Villas! Good location, very friendly and caring staff, roo was super clean! The only thing was the pool, it’s a bit run down with missing tiles. Apart from that everything was excellent!

The visual and aesthetics were amazing. The below average condition of the property made me rate it in such a way.
Slide door is tilted, bathroom separation glass was leaking to the restroom seat.
The bathroom windows had no mesh making insects and mosquitos swarming the room.
In conclusion, the room was nice, the hospitality was great and its location to major attraction areas was a plus other than that I have wished it was in a better condition than stated in previous reviews.

Luar Biasa Located in a great area. Each villa is quiet and private and has its own pool. The overall condition is excellent. The staff is very friendly and will help accommodate you in any way. The price was good in my opinion, about the same as you would pay in any city hotel in Canada. I would recommend staying here.

The staff at Aleva Villa were so welcoming and friendly. They even organised a cake and birthday message on the bed for my partners 30th. They were very helpful when recommending restaurants and organising a taxi for us.
The villa was very relaxing and just what we needed. The pool was great and clean.
The only downfall we had was the Netflix had too many users at the one time so we could not watch it on a few nights we would have liked.
Overall a very good stay and would recommend to others.
