Good hotel, friendly staff, excellent location good value for a seafront hotel, had an issue with the shower in our room but was dealt with by the staff . Will definitely be staying there again in the not too distant future

I stayed at Hotel Santa Maria from 15/06/26 for 3 nights and had a lovely stay overall. The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable, and the location is excellent for exploring Blackpool. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A real bonus was the free on-site parking, which made our stay even more convenient and took away the hassle of finding somewhere to park. The only small issue was the Wi-Fi. It worked well in the communal areas, but the signal in the rooms could be improved, as it was a little unreliable at times. It wasn't a major problem, but stronger room coverage would make the stay even better. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would happily stay at Hotel Santa Maria again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, I had 0 complaints about any of my stay. The absolute best you could get for the price in such a good area in Blackpool.

Excellent Hotel under recent new ownership. We stopped here in june 2026, the double room had all the amenities and was very clean. The staff were all polite and helpful in anything you wanted. The new owners deserve all the success with their new business. Booked up for next month, looking forward to returning regards Steve M.

The breakfast was fine they need proper Salt and Pepper pots on the tables over all a pleasant weekend.

No parking spaces had to pay 13 pound car park next door .now bath mats for floor so when step out on2 floor wet and slippy.ask for towels this man was rude to wife .not be stopping there again
