Alessandro is a wonderful owner and host. Welcome snacks and beverages upon arrival. Really cool decor and vibes at this place. Close to everything in Palermo. Would stay again!

Great place to stay. Owner and staff are wonderful and trustworthy. They handled reservations and even coordinated a boat tour for us. Breakfast was great as well.

Great place to stay! The owner and staff and so incredibly kind and helpful. They also make an amazing breakfast spread for you every morning. The location is perfect. Very close to the Main Street in Palermo that has tons of delicious restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay we had at Porta Di Castro in the crazy City of Palermo! Every member of staff were so helpful and welcoming - but our favourite was definitely Samba! 🐾

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was exceptional. The location is outstanding—within easy walking distance of Palermo’s historic center, just a few blocks from the Cathedral of Palermo, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shops, and sightseeing opportunities. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. We stayed in a Quattro room with my mother, husband, and daughter, and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax comfortably. Breakfast was included and was a highlight of each morning. The selection was extensive, high quality, and featured a wonderful variety of traditional Italian breakfast offerings. It was the perfect way to start every day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the hospitality. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. They helped arrange transportation to the beach, provided towels and water bottles whenever we needed them, assisted with shipping a package without hesitation, and handled restaurant reservations with ease. No request was ever too much trouble. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by every member of the staff made this trip truly special. They played a huge role in making our family vacation perfect. If you’re looking for a hotel that is comfortable, and welcominf stay here!
