Things I liked:
Rooms were very clean and staff was attentive. The location was ideal for subway travel and night-time exploring. The rooms also had clean linen and towels that were soft and comfortable. The showers had spray or rain functions. The shampoo, condo, and body wash smelled great! Toilets had bidets. Lights were controlled at bedside, and AC was consistent and kept room nice and cool. The front desk offered free luggage storage which was super helpful. First floor lobby had a nice hangout area and games for entertainment. The roof top seating was beautiful. The gym was nicely stocked with towels and ice cold water.
Things I did not like:
The check-in desk was on the top floor, floor 16, which was a pain to get to with slow-moving elevators. The room required a key card at the entrance to get the lights to turn on but this feature was not mentioned at checkin. Breakfast required reservations. Outdoor noise from night markets lasted until 4am daily.

Loved the location and the rooftop lobby/bar. The subway stop in front of the hotel made it so easy to get to and from the airport. The are is full of shopping and cute cafes and restaurants. I’ve already recommended it to friends who are looking to visit Seoul. I would definitely book this hotel again in the future!

The property is on a very busy street yet is quiet. It’s a fun neighborhood. Business during that day but party at night - yet again, the room remained quiet. Hotel geared toward young travelers and some of the loud music and game room design is a bit kitsch, but ultimately we liked it. Used the little gym every day. Staff was lovely and more helpful than the higher end hotel we moved to later in our stay. My only complaint was a really light pour of wine at the bar - and slow elevators - but those seem to be a thing in Seoul. NOTE: if you want a room on a higher floor, you need to reserve a room that is not bare bones basic. The basic rooms will land you on floors 3-5. Not bad, but just be aware.

The staff is so incredibly helpful they are great about booking you transportation helping store luggage etc they literally saved me on so many occasions where I was running late to an appointment

Great location, warm staff, skip the gym
The hotel sits in a very convenient spot with excellent access to public transport — buses and metro stops are all within easy reach. If you enjoy the buzz of city life, you'll love it here: the street outside comes alive every evening with food, music, and people. That said, light sleepers should pack earplugs — it can get quite loud at night.
Breakfast is modest but decent. You'll find smoked salmon, Korean dishes, and you can ask staff to cook an omelette or prepare soup on the spot — a nice personal touch.
The gym is unfortunately a real letdown — essentially non-existent. If staying active matters to you, look for a local gym nearby; expect to pay around ₩15,000–20,000 per person per day.
What truly stands out is the service. The staff were genuinely attentive and warm — offering umbrellas when it rained, welcoming us with drinks, and always ready to help whenever something was needed. That hospitality alone makes a big difference.
