Great hotel and location will be bring family back next year in June!!! First time here and scouted around very kid friendly places. Loved it. Thank you for such a great time

Stay was great

Great property. Destination stay. Plenty of fun activities within walking distance.

Great location to attractions. We were happy we chose this location over Gatlinburg due to the crazy traffic in the other town. Was nicer to drive to town and be able to walk around the island. The manager was great! She inquired about our stay and heard I wasn’t completely satisfied with the hospitality. I was expecting a bit more charm and friendliness and that wasn’t the experience we had. She was accommodating and very sweet about following up with the staff member. Overall, the room was larger than expected and so clean! Lovely balcony over the river. The bed was very comfortable and hotel and room smelled fresh! I would highly recommend the hotel.

The air conditioner didn't work much at all and had to get a fan

Beautiful property. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of amenities. This was our second stay at Margaritaville in Pigeon Forge, and it didn't disappoint! We will be back!

I LOVE THIS HOTEL! It is in the most perfect location for a fabulous time at The Island without even having to get in your car. This hotel is beautiful and well planned out. I love the island vibe! It has a great roof top bar and pool that overlooks the fountain at the island. It smells great and is very welcoming! The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable! Cons: The shutters on the balcony doors let in way too much light... I felt like I was sleeping with the lights on. The fireplace doesn't work after the 1st of May (I believe that should be changed to June 1 as May can still be chilly). It is a huge, sprawling hotel so if you have mobility issues the walk can seem like forever (as experienced once before when traveling with my Mother).
