La habitación fué muy cómoda, acogedora y muy limpia. El servicio de recepción excelente, muy amables y siempre atentos a lo que uno necesita. La ubicación es céntrica.

They gave us a free upgraded room and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! Very spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for walking.

Our room was fantastic, a spacious bedroom, nice living room with little kitchen. The hotel is well located in the city center. The only problem is to find a parking around the hotel but it is often like this in Tenerife.

We stayed in a studio with a microwave, plates and cutlery and a sofa. It’s spacious and well-kept. The bed is comfortable. The central location makes it easy walking everywhere (including the ferry port and the bus depot). The staff (Eva, Elena, Maria) are friendly and helpful.

At check in, Eva was superb. She was easy to talk to, not only because of her excellent English but her easy manner. She took us to our room to show us around as well. The room was very good. One set of curtains did not open well and part of the glass staircase was very weal. The sofa was not very comfortable. The room service breakfast was not worth the money. Only these few things kept me from awarding an excellent rating.
