I recently stayed at holiday inn, Lucknow and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. Upon check-in, I encountered an issue where my credit card was not processed for charges, which meant I couldn't charge anything to my room. Despite multiple requests for clarification and assistance, the staff was unhelpful, making the situation quite frustrating. Additionally, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. Despite my requests, my room was not cleaned throughout my stay, and no action was taken to resolve this matter. This lack of attention to basic services significantly impacted my overall experience. While the hotel advertises a free shuttle to the airport, the lack of genuine hospitality overshadowed this perk. It felt like the staff were merely going through the motions rather than providing a welcoming experience for guests. Overall, I cannot recommend tonstay here based on my experience. I hope management addresses these issues to improve service and guest satisfaction in the future.

The room was extremely dirty as if the carpet had not been cleaned for months

Everything was fine except the shower had rusting on the metal frame holding the glass door and there were stains on the carpet. The rest was all good.
