Perfect stay. Hotel is very clean and well maintained.

It was our 2nd time staying at Unsolds and it is one of my favourite hotels and adore the location. Can’t recommend enough staying in Lehel if you don’t want to be amidst the insanely packed crowds but can easily walk or train to Marienplatz and be there in minutes. The staff at Unsolds are fantastic and so helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and have a gorgeous industrial design. There’s no air conditioning but they provide a fan in the rooms and it does help. It wasn’t overly warm on our last visit, so it was bearable. Heaps of restaurants in the area that are mainly used by the residents, so it has this cool locals vibe. You can do all the touristy things during the day and then live like a local at night in peace and quiet. Highly recommend Unsolds.

It was clean and comfortable! Good location. Staff wasn’t very out going when asking for suggestions. Felt slightly put off at check in- like our questions were a bother. Otherwise no staff spoke to us the time we were there. Would stay again because of the location and cleanliness.

Great location and easy check in and check out!

We had such a wonderful stay at Unsold’s Factory Hotel for our holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing - very close to Lehel Underground, the English Garden, and several great restaurants, as well as being in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We were there in May when the weather was pleasant so can’t speak to lack of air conditioning, but might be a consideration if visiting during a heat wave if nights aren’t cooling off. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, the rooms were very clean, quiet and updated, and the hotel is in a great area for exploring old town. Just a couple minute walk. Would definitely recommend it.

Staff was wonderful and the hotel’s aesthetic (modern industrial) is nice. The location is also great- close enough to old town, but far enough for peace and quiet.The amenities are lacking however. The pillows were awful and the duvet felt like plastic. There was also no coffee machine or slippers/robes in the room (which is fine, but not typical for other comparable hotels/pricing). The parking garage is very limited so we had to deal with street parking, which was a hassle. We stayed 4 nights which made the minor inconveniences pile up.

Everything was perfect, the hotel itself, the room, the staff, the location. Will definitely be staying again.

LOVED the neighborhood! Central and close to nice cafés and restaurants; short walk to the subway. But also not too busy or touristy. So close to the English gardens and the river: we went for some lovely runs! Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was simple and a little small but quiet, modern and clean.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Lovely modern room. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
