Good location, clean rooms Nice breakfast

Perfect for a long weekend or business with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast had a wide selection all of which was high quality and fresh. Roof top bar was perfect for drinks and relaxing. Trip from the airport via the tram took you door to door quicker and cheaper than a taxi and having the metro and train station on your doorstep gave you a lot of flexibility. Would definitely stay again.

The room is clean and the toilet is spacious (shower area, change area, sink area and 🚽) . I cannot comment on the breakfast because I need to leave early for the train. The roof terrace is inviting. Many thanks for changing a clean quilt and cover after I’ve spilled Earl Grey tea onto it. I appreciate that very much.

The hotel is in a perfect location next to the Central tram station and close to great food halls, cafés and king's gardens. The staff is very friendly, and the rooftop bar offer excellent views. The rooms are small but functional, with clean, spacious showers.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, just excellent. The breakfast was wonderful, offering anything I could have wanted to start my day of exploring the city and beyond. The location was also super convenient with the Norreport Metro and train stations literally across the street, as well as easy to walk to many things I wanted to visit. And the rooftop grill and deck was great both for breakfast and relaxing in the evening. The negative for me was the lack of ventilation and cooling in the rooms. The website (on Expedia) lists " AC," but this is not accurate. The guest has no control over cooling and there is no fan for ventilation. If your room is on the street side, you cannot open the window because revelry continues into the night and the black-out drapes are necessary for the long daylight on summer evenings. The beds and pillows were very good, but I had difficulty sleeping because of the stuffiness and heat and there was nothing that could be done. Perhaps the hotel could provide portable fans in the rooms, which would at least move the air. Otherwise, such a nice place, so many positives.

Stayed 1 night before heading on my cruise. The location is very convenient — right next to the metro station and within walking distance of major attractions and shopping areas. The room was clean and quiet. There’s also a rooftop restaurant with a great city view. Will definitely come back in the future.
