Map was not correct, and the hotel is actually quite far away, from where we expected it to be. They refused to compensate for this mistake. Would not have booked, if we knew it was that far away.

The hotel is well located. It is next to the walking street and shopping mall. It has 7-11 and Starbucks at the property. However the room is kind of old and really need to be renovated. The most disappointing thing is the washer does not come with a dryer function.

No one can communicate in English. On the last day of our stay the shower did not drain. View from the 13th floor was amazing.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.
