Erstaunlich gut, hatte erst Bedenken da das Hotel in einer nicht besonders einladenden Umgebung befindet. Hotel ist sauber und zweckmäsig.
Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und es sind alle Gröuche aus dem Treppenhaus und den Nachbarzimmern zuhören. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster nach außen sondern nur zu einen Belüftungsschacht. Die Lage ist super, die Altstadt ist fußläufig und der nöchste Supermarkt ca. 100 Meter entfernt. Gerbe wieder

This hotel is in a very dirty area of the city. Litter and dog mess everywhere, be wary at nighttime.The hotel itself is not great, checked in with no info at all from the lady behind the desk and that was the last I saw of anyone. No room cleaning no towels changed no toilet roll nothing. The room was very dark no natural light. There was a window that looked out on to the stairwell but I had to keep the curtain closed as people would have been looking at you in bed. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for not checking out the properties they advertise especially as there is so many bad reviews

Stanza buia perché si affacciava sul cavedio interno, quindi buia e umida perché il sole non ci batteva mai; angolo cottura con il lavello appoggiato su una pedana di legno, serranda bloccata a metà con manopola manuale rotante, bagno umido e con un odore forte di fognatura, rumori provenienti dalle scale, in quanto le porte erano leggerissime; pavimento sporchissimo. Frigo comodo e funzionante, wi fi veloce e tv non funzionante.
Personale gentile.
La posizione era comoda perché vicina alla stazione del treno Palazzo Reale-Orleans

L’hôtel à accepter que nous arrivions tard compte tenu de notre heure d’arrivée à l’aéroport. Cependant, aucune indication quand à l’arrivée sans réceptionniste, nous avons patientez dehors sans réponse au téléphone ni à l’interphone, puis quelqu’un a fini par nous ouvrir sans explication et nous avons de nouveau patientez jusqu’à comprendre que nous devions nous même entrez derrière le comptoir de la réception et prendre nos clés de chambre.
La chambre était bruyante et vraiment très sale, nous avons même eu une salle de bain avec la chasse d’eau qui se transformait en fontaine pour inonder la salle de bain.
Nous avons fait par de ce problème dès que possible, la réparation a été faite dans l’après midi, cependant pas de geste, ou de réelle excuse de la par de l’hôtel pour la gêne occasionnée.
Le seule point positif est l’amabilité de la réceptionniste que nous avons heureusement croiser pour notre problème, malgré le fait qu’elle parle uniquement italien.

Cukup Baik There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty .

Sangat Baik This small hotel was clean and neat with good furnishings except for the tiny shower which was in need of repair. The hotel staff are helpful. The desk is only manned sporadically and one must ring a bell for attention. It is on a dead end, tiny residential street where one would not expect to find a hotel. The street is not shown on some maps. It is near the University which is in walking distance if you know where you are going.

Sangat Baik In a (trashy, safe, authentic) residential neighborhood 20 minutes walk from sights (fine with me) and convenient with just a couple of blocks from a deli, bakery, wine shop and supermarket. It may be more a residence hotel so you get a set of three keys and ring the bell at the front desk to get service, which was good when required. Everything was as described, locals were great, just a bit different from what I'm used to. Palermo grew on me when the rain stopped.
