Our stay in Amarela Resort turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit to Bohol. The whole place is ART. The attention to detail was astounding! The staff were all warm, friendly, and helpful. If you ever plan to stay in Amarela resort, please take the time to walk the grounds -- they have an art gallery, beautiful walkways, a library, a massage hut, a garden, an infinity pool, a magnificent view of the sunrise, etc. The surrounding area is peaceful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bohol.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It was quiet and far away from the busy Alona beach. However, there was not enough options in their breakfast buffet.

The property and amend tira are excellent. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. But, beach in the properly is not quote good dor swimming, a but rocky. You can hang out and relax thought in one of the hammocks in the beach

Definitely recommend staying at this resort if you’re looking for a low key relaxing vacation. Wish I stayed longer!

We had a great time at this fantastic property. The staff have been absolutely amazing, always with a smile on their face and ready to help. The atmosphere around the resort was very peaceful, the room was spotless and the direct access to a private beach was a bonus as you don’t need to fight for a place. The swimming pool was perfect size and there is also free snorkelling equipment available as well table tennis, kayaks and hammocks. You can arrange tours around the island at the reception - we did the countryside tour. There is only one restaurant but it is exceptionally good with a beautiful view so no need to look further. I could go on and on but all that’s left to say is thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special, really a gem of a place! Salamat!!

The staff had been very courteous and helpful. They make you feel at home. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Paradise. Great for people who like peaceful boutique hotels. Excellent Filipino hospitality, gorgeous natural beauty, tastefully designed and elegantly maintained property, delicious food. It was delightful wherever we set our gaze. We loved the Amarela Suite.
