Normally we have an excellent experience here. This time the room didn't seem to have been properly aired and it smelt as if the person before me had been vaping or smoking something. Disappointing as it's a very convenient location near the shops and tube, and staff are usually very friendly and helpful, and rooms clean.

Hello ,the room was too cold ,shower didn’t work ,even the sheet were dirty,I thought nobody booked this room for a long time as I checked the drawer and rubbish all over .

The rooms were disgusting mould, damp, dirty. The shower/bath curtain far to short for the shower. This hotel is not fit for purpose, do not waste your money. We left and went elsewhere it was that bad

Staff is never at the desk. There is a number you can call/text but they don’t always answer.
The room I had had a lot mold near the windows and in the bathroom and the hall ways smell heavily of smoke.
