El hotel está cercano a la estación de tren en un barrio no demasiado lindo. Tiene aire acondicionado. Las instalaciones son intermedias. La cama un poco dura. Todo está limpio y la atención del personal es muy buena

Most staff was really friendly, but on our first night back at the hotel it was 12:30am and the person in charge at reception got really rude and told us that he had to stay awake just waiting for us to be back. That at the hotel we needed to be back by 12 midnight!!!! Since when do we have a curfew time at a hotel?? Besides the receptionist before him said that the lobby was open 24hrs and he was a really nice person. About the area, it’s not a nice place to be out at night. It’s really close to the train station but not a nice area or street, it was us 3 women and didn’t feel safe at night at the area. Restroom really small, and shower im 5’1 and. I just fit but couldn’t move!!

So friendly and professional staff that help us to settle in on a short booking after we get scammed at B&B Cavallotti that made us pretty much homeless in a completely new environment and after a rough day of travel due to a 1-day train strike in Italy

The room was not cleaned properly, and there was dirty underwear left from the previous guests underneath the clothing rack. which was gross to see. The staff, however, was really sweet and tried to support us as much as they could. It was a scary location to be in at night.

My family of five stayed in two rooms at this hotel in May 2026. Since accommodations in Venice are considerably more expensive, we chose this property because it offered a more affordable alternative while still being conveniently located near the train station. Easy access to rail transportation was one of the most important factors when selecting lodging. When we arrived, our rooms were not yet ready, but the front desk clerk allowed us to store our luggage in the dining area while we explored nearby restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe for walking during the day--(we did not stay out late so I can't comment on the atmosphere after dark). One drawback of the hotel is that it does not have an elevator. As a result, I had to carry our luggage up flights of stairs. When we entered our rooms, I noticed the windows had been left open, which I assume helps reduce air-conditioning costs when rooms are unoccupied. Fortunately, once we turned on the air conditioning, the rooms cooled down quickly. The rooms featured dated décor, and the bathrooms were quite small. However, everything was clean, which was important to us and contributed to a comfortable stay. I did find it annoying that a nearby rooftop restaurant/bar overlooked our room window. Because of this, I made sure to keep the shades closed, especially in the room where our daughters stayed. The rooftop restaurant also launched fireworks at approximately 10:30 p.m.

Todo muy limpio, personal muy atento y profesional. Desayuno bueno, limpieza y condiciones en general excelente. Lo único a señalar es que la zona de ducharse o shower es muy estrecha. A pesar de eso pasamos una estancia maravillosa.

Old and outdated and the worst bed I’ve ever slept in! The walls were so thin…you could hear every person coming and going. Hard to sleep. Star was friendly and the location was convenient for the train station.

Clean room. Friendly and available staff. In the Economy Quadruple room, some beds did not have outlets near by but there are plenty around the room. Close to grocery stores, Italian and Chinese restaurants, and the train station for a cheap and fast ride into the Venice lagoon.

Walking distance to train to get into Venice. Area was safe.Property had secured parking. Property was okay but could use an update and some TLC. The shower door track had mold. The guys that worked the reception desk were very nice and helpful.

Clean rooms, nice hotel, close to the train station. Staff is helpful
