Baik L'accueil était correct et les draps très propres. En revanche l'hôtel était en travaux et donnait l'impression de rentrer sur un chantier et le sol de la chambre était poussiéreux.

On my arrival to the property the receptionist was extremely rude , un polite as he tried to force me to pay taxes to him in the range of 40 Euro plus , when I presented him with the receipt where it is clearly saying tax already included in my payment , he said this has nothing to do with hotel , I showed him that the payment I night have to pay the tax per person per night which is less 3 Euro per night per person .
He responded by saying no pay no room . I informed the stuff next morning about the incident , asked them to review the footage from the camera that night and they can see clearly what happened . They were surprised and even chocked about what took place and how there receptionist behave ..
Further more he was not helpful at all that night and similarly in the morning when I tried to ask him about activating the code for the safe as it was locked and no way I can use it if it was not opened in the first place .

The bathroom is so small. They don’t change the towels. One day my room wasn’t even cleaned. The breakfast is disgusting. I was really disappointed. The wifi signal isn’t strong.

Only one plug in room (which didn't work) had to give key back to front desk each time leaving property. Door into suite stuck, shower scalding hot (& alternating cold)

Absolutely terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE! Owner was rude and insulting. He tried to make our engagement trip a bad one, luckily being in Paris made up for our awful hotel. Room is smelly, rotten and beds are rock hard. Bed has one thin "blanket" and are very uncomfortable. With so many options in Paris do not waste your hard earned money here. Only positive of this hotel is that it was walking distance from Metro station.

Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!! DO NOT stay here here! The owner from day 1 nickel and dimed us to get every extra euro he could. He claimed we needed to pay extra for having 2 people in his room. Normal customer service etiquette would have let it slide but he insisted on getting his extra money. He called me "stupid" and mocked me while we asked him if there was any way he would waive his very random extra fees. Other than the horrible man who creepily runs the front desk, the room smells and the beds are rock hard. Worst hotel experience ever. Luckily we got engaged in Paris and everything was beautiful, other than this terrible hotel experience.

Sangat Baik We were happy enough with the room but the wardrobe was very thin and there were no drawers to put small items of clothing in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and every small request me made was granted with a smile. The location is in Chinatown but we enjoyed walking through the lively streets on our way to and from the metro stations and had dinner there twice. We would have no hesitation staying there again if we ever go back to Paris.
