All the reviews were true, it’s a bit of a small space but clean and the staff is so kind and amazing and it’s also in a great location!

Clean but rooms were super small, showers are like a time capsule good luck turning around. When coming in at night had to ring the doorbell and bang on the door to get them to open the door. Centrally located to most of downtown Paris was only big positive

Our room was extremely small for three people, as they simply added a day bed to accommodate the third guest. However, the property is ideally located and within walking distance to the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, and about a 45-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. There were also plenty of food options nearby, and the hotel was conveniently close to the Metro. The staff were all excellent, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. They offer a lift, which was a must for us. It’s very walkable to restaurants and some shops. The breakfast was nice, enough to start your day, should have been included in the price as it was very predictable
While we were there it was already getting warm outside. The hotel keeps heaters on until late April, so air conditioning was unavailable during our stay. Our 1st room was quite stifling, even with the window opened it didn’t help much The next morning we were able to switch rooms with two windows on the street side rather than the back side of the hotel and it made a big difference
The rooms were very clean. Our second room was much more manageable as far as space. One drawback for us it that the TV didn’t allow for a change from French to English
Overall, we would stay here again. We had no major complaints for our first trip to Paris
