Baik Having stayed here twice previously for business in 2024, I brought my family back for a leisure stay. Unfortunately, this visit was a major letdown compared to past experiences.
Room Location & Traffic Noise:
On prior stays, we were placed at the back of the hotel on Level 3, which was quiet. This time, we were in Room 108 at the front. The highway traffic noise was constant throughout the entire night, keeping our whole family awake. If you stay here, I strongly recommend requesting a room at the back.
Cleanliness / Black Mold:
During my 2024 checkout, I explicitly reported black mold in the bathroom to the front desk. Returning two years later, nothing has changed, the bathroom still has black mold issues. I will also apologize to the staff again for my 2 year old toddler spilling chocolate on the bed cover and sheet, we had san churro and he made a bit of a mess.
Given the lack of sleep from highway noise and unresolved hygiene concerns, we won't be returning.

Good enough, but room faced highway so it was a little noisy. Bathroom was older style with bath and shower curtain - would have been hard for less mobile person to step into. Taps could have been updated. Breakfast buffet was adequate rather than extensive. Overall, a little dated, but still okay.

The bed was great. The bedding was clean. The spare blanket was dirty. They brought me a new one however which was helpful. The bathroom was old which is fine normally but it was not well maintained. The Taps were loose, there was a hole in bath surround where a tile was damaged and the sink was cracked. There was also mould under the soap holder. It's great that the parking is free

Cukup Baik Depends on individual taste; this i is a not for us; view is old ugly dirty buildings! Third time we went to reception with no luck! Infact we are returning customer!

Rooms could be updated. Rooms facing the highway let in a lot of road noise. Staff are good, but clearly they get a lot of business from flight crews and overseas tour groups on layover so they overprice the rooms for everyone else.
