The blankets had rips in them, the bed sheets had what appeared to be blood stains, the bathroom floor was dirty enough that I cleaned it myself, and the bathroom door was broken. The toilet also did not work properly, and I had to request repairs twice before the issue was addressed.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. While a few employees were friendly and welcoming, several others were rude, dismissive, and made us feel like our concerns were an inconvenience. When I requested a room change because of the condition of our room, I was told it would cost even more money. After paying $4,200 for our stay, I found that response unacceptable.
