Property was super clean, staff was very professional and courteous (Ms. Ashley is a superstar in customer service), beds were comfortable. The only bad thing, the bathroom is small and not much room to move in there. It doesn’t help that the door swings into the bathroom which takes space away.

My new favorite place to stay when we head to Galveston! Location is perfect for traveling to the island. Staff is friendly and very helpful (shoutout to Ashley and Monique). Hotel is so clean and smells great! Our room was so spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. And let’s not forget about breakfast! Breakfast was great!!! We will definitely be back!

My stay at Home2Suites was great. Check fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The entire property was maintained well and everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again

Overall a nice stay. I tried the breakfast offerings at various times and I really wish they would have replenished items as they ran out in the morning. The pool is outdoor and an enjoyable space but there was a lot of drinking by the pool in the evenings. There was a lot of rain during our stay so if we go again I'll make sure to find a place with an indoor pool.

My stay was not good. I didn’t get the correct room I booked. My mattress pad was stained with blood and juice. The lady at the front desk was falling asleep. I had to wake her up several times. This wasn’t my first bad experience, but I tried to give them another chance and I won’t be back again.
