The Hotel U Prince couldn't be better situated to be in the center of everything and yet it was plenty quiet enough to enjoy deep sleep on the comfortable bed. The entire hotel was kept immaculately clean and the staff was exceptionally courteous. I highly recommend.

The terrace bar has a phenomenal view. It's very busy. Although there are a lot of people going up for the view the room was very quiet. We were in room 53 the terrace was a above us. When the staff cleaned up at night it got loud as they removing this. The elevator can be a wait at times.

This was a very nice property with an old world feel making it a fun experience for travelers. The Jr Suite was very spacious and the morning breakfast had a nice variety. The restaurant is a little pricey but the food is very good and you are paying for the city views and atmosphere. The rooftop bar was nice. We had a toddler traveling with us so we were not able to go to the downstairs bar, which apparently is quite famous. Overall, a very nice property and a good experience. We stayed for four days..

Excellent location, nice rooms and very helpful staff. The main issue we had was the AC being rather weak to begin with, and then stop working altogether after a couple of days, with apparently no ability to have it fixed quickly.

This is an excellent hotel, perfect location, attentive staff, two good restaurants on site and a great bar. Our room was ample and the pillows were actually comfortable, a rarity in most European hotels, even high end ones. I would gladly book again.

Front desk told us we had breakfast but we did not have it included. My husband went to get breakfast and made a plate and sat down. Minutes later the gentleman asked for room number and said that breakfast was not included. My husband apologized, stopped eating and the gentleman said don't worry and said we would not get charged. Upon check out the receptionist was extremely rude. Not an appropriate fit for such a nice hotel. The hotel should choose better people to represent their brand. She could of cared less about the mix up and charged us for a breakfast my husband did not eat. Very disappointed. At the end it's not about paying for breakfast but how it was handled. We paid $300 US for one night. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone just because of their staff.

I can’t pinpoint anything negative but the low price I paid was about what I felt was an adequate 3 stars. The gentleman that was setting up breakfast was very kind.

We absolutely fell in love with Hotel U Prince Prague-especially Room 23 with the balcony suite. This room was nothing short of spectacular. The suite was spacious and elegant, featuring a beautiful living area, a luxurious bathtub, and even a separate half-bath, which made the stay feel incredibly comfortable and upscale. But the true highlight was the balcony overlooking Old Town Square. Waking up to one of the most breathtaking views in Prague felt like something out of a dream. Watching the square come alive each morning and glow at night was an experience we will never forget. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely kind from the moment we arrived. Every time we came and went, we were greeted so warmly that we truly felt more like family than guests. That level of hospitality made such an impression on us. Breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, with a beautiful assortment of foods and plenty of seating. The breakfast staff greeted us warmly every day and made the mornings feel welcoming and relaxed. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable, the suite was unforgettable, and the service was exceptional. We will absolutely stay here every time we return to Prague. 10/10 — one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

Rude receptionist but great location for the price

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good
