It was a top level hotel with good service. A bit on the quiet side.

I always pick a very luxurious hotel for the first day of my work trips and this hotel did not disappoint. Above and beyond customer service, super clean and beautiful hotel, location is central for beach walking and sightseeing, balcony was spacious, AC extra cold, room quiet with blackout blinds. I slept great as a light sleeper, no noise from hallway or other rooms! Pool is great with good service. The breakfast is truly a “kings breakfast!” Highlights like unlimited grey goose bloody marys and champagne mimosas! Fresh eggs and fish along with extensive cheese options. I traveled alone and this was the right pick as I felt well cared for and safe. 5 star property for sure!

location for daily excursions is good, they don't take AMEX

This hotel was perfect it was clean and cool and immaculately clean. The pool are was calm and quiet and attentive staff. Breakfast was amazing We had the most tranquil and relaxing week here. Fantastic staff who could not do enough for you. And Thor the eagle was lovely too

This is an incredible hotel.everything you want is there in your room, the staff are amazing -nothing is too much trouble. The public and your own room are beautiful. Highly recommend

Our stay at the Grande Real Vila in Cascais was spectacular. The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing! Close proximity to stores, restaurants, and Boca do Inferno. Really a 10 out of 10 experience! We will definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful hotel and very kind staff

An amazing hotel with a very high customer service level, from the very welcoming reception & porter staff at check-in, to the busy & dedicated team at breakfast & the pool/bar area, who went above & beyond to ensure we were throughly spoilt throughout our wonderful 10 day stay at the Grande Real Villa Italia Hotel & Spar. While all the staff members were friendly & efficient, a special thanks must go to Maria who made our stay even more memorable. This hotel is certainly among the best we have had the pleasure of staying at and would certainly recommend to our friends and family, in fact we already have. The service, the quality of breakfast & the sincerity of all staff is second to none & certainly deserving of the 5 star rating. Thank you all for the fond memories of a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful stay at this hotel and spa. The service was excellent and friendly. Best breakfast by far in Portugal so far.
