It was ok. The staff were very kind and polite. The property is a bit out of where I was needing and the amnesties were a little less than what I was expecting. But overall...if you are not needing more than breakfast...it is a great place.

Aura front desk and Hannah the breakfast staff are the absolute best . Can we talk about how tiny Aura is and I saw her helping a guest carrying a huge luggage to the car . The staff and the delicious breakfast every morning really made up for everything else . My dad and I booked a 2 bedroom and because the lights were broken we were put in the 11 & 12 in which I wish I had a view you know ? And a bathtub, a gym would be nice . However in the morning o made the most of it and went for a run outside to explore .
Overall , the staff and the breakfast A++++
The guest above me : F because the whole night they kept moving furniture as if they’re moving in or something .

Luar Biasa The staff were exceptionally helpful. We can’t say enough about them. In particular Ivy went far out of her way on multiple occasions to help us out Much further out of her way than one could reasonably expect. But all staff, in particular front desk staff, were exceptional. The breakfast was very good as well. While the location is a bit removed from District 1 people tend to make too much of this. Both mornings we were there I walked into the centre of District 1 in less than 30 minutes. While daunting in the midday heat it is a very pleasant walk early in the morning

While we enjoyed staff and the good breakfast, the hotel was a bit farther from the city center than we wanted (not their fault - our choice.) Some extra attention to the maintenance of the showers would be good.

Moldy shower! Lovely people, quiet room, comfortable bed, off the beaten path, but the shower was very moldy. We let them know and it took 2 days to clean it. The bathroom doesn't have any ventilation, so it's going to happen again unfortunately.
