Disappointing 2nd best room just under Suite was mediocre. Small, inconvenient, and uncomfortable. This is not furnished with even a single chair. Besides, there was even a cigarette burn mark on comforter. I just hope we have not contracted disease during our stay.

This place was very clean and nice. I didn't expect it to be this good, but decided to trust the other reviews and fortunately they were dead on. There is an eMart right downstairs so it makes things very convenient...not that these stores are all that far away. The staff are friendly and the check in process was as easy as giving my ID (they told me I didn't need to give my CC to be on file). There was ample parking when I was staying in the area and most places around here were marked red (meaning fully booked for Hotels.com users). I stayed in the suite (1 single bed and 1 queen bed). I just needed the extra space as I was here to meet with family and I thought more would come over. This spacious room was perfect. However, note that the bathroom is in the modern open design. Obviously the shower and the toilet has separate doors for them, but the bathroom in entirety was visible. Not a big deal if staying with family. There were numerous restaurants nearby and cabs were easy to find off of the main road. Bus stop is also nearby. Everything feels fairly new too, which is nice as some of these nicely pictured places in the past have not been as nice as they looked, but this place was as nice as pictured.

It was a real nice hotel. The room was great. The area was fantastic.

Breakfast was terrible even worse. Remote control not working. Room is clean. Pricy.

Everything look better than room rate. So comfortable and convinience.

Full 5-star service. Way better than Four Seasons or Mandarin. The welcome Kimchi is delicious. Toilet paper is abundant in the room, so you're free to test local delicacies without the fear of repainting the walls.

Love this hotel

I’m so glad I booked this hotel for Chuncheon. The hotel room is extremely clean and spacious. Has all the amenities you need. They even operates a 24/7 convenient store down stairs, and the staff have been so helpful and kind to me, as I’m a foreigner. Will stay again when’s i next visit.
