Clean and comfortable. Convenient location.

Loved this property. Short walk to so many wonderful places and great food. The locked parking garage made us feel our car was safe. Will definitely return in the future.

This hotel is in a good location, has a very helpful staff, and as a solo traveler, I felt very safe. I gave it four stars for the resort/amenities fee. The amenities were no more special than other properties where I’ve stayed. I did not see a note about the charges when booking my stay.

Staff was incredible.

Very good hotel, close to everything. Walking distance to Space Needle and Pike Place Market.

The decor was bright and cheery and different. We had a suite so not sure if this applies to regular rooms: the frosted glass walls between the shower and the outside main room is astoundingly dumb. Impractical and brainless modernity. When anybody is using the shower, everybody outside else gets to watch their silhouette from multiple angles which might be cool and sexy for a couple but the opposite of family friendly. Worse than that, when anybody uses the bathroom at night, the bathroom lights up the entire suite because somebody thought floor length windows separating the bathroom from the main room was a neat idea. Stayed at one other hotel that did this - I really hope it’s not a trend with hotels. So dumb. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Location is great. Walkable to the space needle and Pikes Place market.

We have stayed here for years, whether it be coming to Seattle for a concert, BTS shopping or simply a weekend getaway, and we have never been disappointed. This is our "go to" hotel for every stay in Seattle! We LOVE the property, amenities, staff and of course the comfort!

This is an awesome hotel. The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful. The room was awesome too. There was unlimited coffee in the room,

Room was clean and bed was comfy, but there was no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. Also wish there was complementary coffee in the lobby.

Great experience! Loved the bedding and lovation.
