Location excellent. Outdated electrical plugs in room. Was threatened by desk to have deposit withheld over 2 very minor holes in sheer drape I couldn’t even see. Rubbish!

The staffs were so polite and kind. The only thing is that the hotel do not have body lotion, very disappointing.

Honestly nothing to shout about. 1. Housekeeping was terrible. We came back to the same soiled bath mat which was simply placed back nicely in front of the bath tub giving the impression it was changed. We deliberately left the shower gel bottle at the sink hoping the staff would refill it. Nope not refilled. Empty toilet roll left on the toilet bowl was still there. Hair left on the floor. Amenity box was deliberately left slightly ajar to give impression items were replenished but nope. Made me wonder if anything was even cleaned. Simply just doing things to give false impressions of cleaning. 2. Hotel does not provide body lotion and bedroom slipppers. Only rubber beach slippers. 3. Requested for extra water bottles only to be told we need to pay as they only provide 2 tiny complimentary bottles per day. It’s the first time I’m told we need to pay for extra water bottles at a nice hotel. This is not a budget hotel but behaves like one. In the end, we bought 1.5 litre bottles from King Kong mart at only usd$0.35 each. It’s something so cheap yet they are unwilling to provide more. 4. TV was not working throughout the stay. 5. Food was terrible. We paid for the Thursday night bbq dinner. Pls do yourself a flavour and skip it. Go eat at the nearby night market. You will save your jaw from chewing from the terrible tough seafood and beef slices. Not sure what was really good about this hotel. Perhaps only the location.

Central location, older, run down hotel. Not truly rated 5- star hotel. Breakfast buffet food mediocre, hotel restaurant overpriced. Customer service average. Hotel room price is high for a 3- star hotel but advertised as 5- star

Great stay

We had an overall okay stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the ocean view was lovely. However, the room wasn’t very soundproof, so there was quite a bit of noise from both the pool area (kids) and the ocean, even with the doors closed. Compared to some of the other places we stayed during our trip, the experience felt a little more basic. For example, we had to take up our own bags and there wasn’t much guidance or direction provided on arrival. (We didn’t get our welcome drink) That said, the breakfast was really good and the location was convenient for exploring both the northern and southern parts of Phu Quoc, which made getting around easy. Overall, it was a decent stay, just not as memorable as some of the other hotels we experienced on this trip.

Fantastic location, amazing pool and right next to the beach. Fantastic staff and breakfast had a great selection. Would definitely stay here again 😎

Very nice, great location, clean rooms We had a problem with the AC and it couldn’t be fixed. We were offered a change and an upgrade in room class but we declined as we wanted to stay on the same floor as the kids.. Overall great
