I would give this hotel one star. The property is in very poor condition and appears to have been neglected for a long time. It was extremely disappointing. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but I honestly don’t understand how it received such high ratings. The only positive aspects were the beautiful view from the balcony and the restaurant, as well as the good breakfast. I have no complaints about the breakfast. Unfortunately, the rooms and bathrooms were in terrible condition and far below my expectations. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The view, service, breakfast, charm of this hotel is amazing... very relaxing and quiet atmosphere is a plus. Loved the ancient and historic items room.

Very beautiful view! Staff service was excellent! Couldn’t have stayed at a more beautiful and better place in Dilijan. 10/10 recommend!

I liked this hitel and people's they work over there they are really friendly and kind Thank you for everything ❤️

Staff & Service was great , a bit more info on how to get there would be better since google maps was a bit confused and took us there through back allys

I cannot say enough good things about my wonderful stay in Dilijan, and it was because of the excellent hospitality provided by Casanova Inn. The place is so charming and peaceful, and the meals some of the best anywhere. The staff was so friendly that I did not feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at home with family. They care about each of their guests and go out of their way to provide the best Dilijan experience possible. The owner, the managers, the workers all were top notch. Friendships were formed, and I did not want to leave. We had many nice talks, and they even arranged an unforgettable excursion with barbecue high up in the mountains. This was a real highlight of my entire trip. I would return to Casanova anytime and recommend it highly!

The hostess was really hospitable. This was the most amazing stay I have ever had. The breakfast i was served made me feel like royalty. The scenery was breathtaking! I will be back while I am still living in Armenia.

Overall a nice place but few issues. no drinking water in the room. Bed ok, not very comfortable .TV did not work, old one. Breakfast was good.

A wonderful family-owned hotel with all amenities, in what is arguably the nicest town of Armenia, with lots of activities in the mountains. Try to get the junior suite. On my next trip, I will book this hotel again. Great breakfast, very good dinner and lunch (but reserve and order in advance, because the fresh ingredients take time to prepare). Owners and the manager are very helpful for all your needs. Henri Disselkoen from Amsterdam.

Excellent locationon, clean, friendly staff, satisfying breakfast served individually. Price is right, will stay if we get another chance
