Luar Biasa The hotel is very handy for all the main things to see in Luang Prebabg : less thaan 5 minutes to Phousi Hill, and not much further to Royal Palace, several wats etc
The staff were incredibly helpful; I arrived on the overnight bus at 7am not at all expecting to get my room until much later, but they sorted one for me. A staff member got up at 53 to let me out early another day so I could see the dawn monk's procession, and another helped me print a document I needed a paper copy of. I'm not normally so awkward, and I really appreciate how they accommodated all my awkward requests!

It was good. However we kept having plummijg issues in one of the room. There was no hot water and we had notify them to get it fix. A plummer came in and "fix" it but there was still no hot water in the shower. They had refused to switch our rooms and we had to get a Laotian friend to talk to them to get a room change otherwise they would not switch our rooms. Other than that, it was good and a few mosquitoes in the rooms.
