Nice place but check in is not convenient, but the location is stellar

Best place to stay near the colosseum. Staff was helpful and provided suggestions. Easy access to train station. View from rooftop is beautiful. Room was clean and had great air conditioning. Small balcony had table and chairs so you could relax outside.

Bel endroit tout près du Colisée. Le personnel est très sympathique et prêt à aider au besoin. La chambre était très propre et grande et le très grand lit était confortable. Il y a un restaurant dans le même édifice mais aucunement lié à l’hôtel. Il y a une terrace sur le toit qui n’est pas aménagé mais la vue est vraiment belle et en vaut la peine. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à cet endroit.

Super cute place and very modern. Very close to the sites walking distance! The staff did above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! When we come back for a visit we will book this place again!

This property is a small private hotel of 4 rooms. It is in an exellent location on a 4th floor of a residentail building . The staff is excellent and the rooms are super nice. My only comment is initially it is difficult to locate. A great experience.

Don’t hesitate to book this hotel! The location is truly incredible with the colosseum at your doorstep and restaurants around every corner. Our reservation had breakfast included at the oppio cafe (however note that the breakfast place does not cater to food allergies so unfortunately I couldn’t eat there). The location is really the biggest perk, the rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are kind. The areas they could improve is cleanliness and attentiveness. They didn’t restock our toilet paper and were a bit pushy about us reusing our towels. The hallway leading to our room always had bags full of dirty laundry and housekeeping items on the ground that we had to step over to get to our room which isn’t a big deal but does make the value feel lower. Overall would definitely book again, the view of the colosseum is breathtaking but the service could be improved a little. A solid 4/5 stars

Friendly staff, very clean room. Great bathroom. Fun little elevator. This place is located right beside the Colosseum, it is in a very walkable location. There is lots of noise in the streets outside, but then you close the windows and SILENCE. It was fantastic and we had an excellent stay! Thank you
