Staff was outstanding, nice rooms, great pool and good food.

Clean room and very helpful

Naga City is a smaller city compared to a Manila, but if you find yourself here and are looking for a clean, professional, smaller-sized hotel, then this is the one for you. I'm from Los Angeles and had to be in Naga for a week. I knew I had to do lots of work while in town and this hotel was the perfect choice. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The internet was fast. The rooms clean and quiet. They even have a great big conference room you can rent. I booked it and had an impromptu free workshop about AI for the local Filipinos. And the surrounding block had enough restaurants (and Starbucks!) to make a quick trip out between meetings so convenient. The breakfast buffet doesn't have much typical American breakfast foods, but I loved the Filipino breakfast each morning. Lastly, the gym we're allowed to use as hotel guests called the Surge, is top-notch! Overall, if you're an American on business looking for and American-equivalent hotel, you've found it.

Beautiful establishmeny

They stole my rolex and doesn’t even help me to locate it. All they do is delay the process. They wont even release the cctv footage to the police. I dont recommend staying at this place. The room was dirty also their drain system in the bathroom doesn't work. Youll be showering with your shower water above your foot. Disgusting.

Airport shuttle was the main reason why I booked this property. Bathroom door needs improvement.

Internet was down 2 out of 4 days. Restaurant is very warm, recommend more air conditioning units be installed. Excellent staff, very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend hotel. Clean and comfortable.
