We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were met with a cool towel and drink and were well taken care of from the point on. Our cruise was through Lan Ha bay which is a bit quieter and I much preferred it. The cruise boat was lovely and the food was really tasty. It was so wonderful to sit and enjoy a meal and watch the stunning scenery go by. We biked to a village and then returned to the boat for tea on the top deck while we watched a cooking demo. Then we ordered a happy hour drink to our room and enjoyed the quiet of our private balcony. For dinner we were well taken care of by Louise who looked after our every need. We had the lobster and steak and they were delicious. We finished the evening off with a relaxing massage in the spa. The next morning we had coffee on the top deck as the sun came up and then enjoyed a boat ride to a small cave. After breakfast we packed up and were tendered back. It wasn’t a long trip but it was a perfect amount of time for us and we felt very pampered the whole way. The room was spacious by cruise standards and the bed very comfortable. I was very happy with my experience on the Paradise Grand.

Room is clean, however they should have mirrors in bed room beside the one in bathroom! It’s not convenient for two people! Foods all delicious and clean! I love the most of staff especially the young gentleman Peter Hien, he is so generous kindness polite and awesome customer service!

Sangat Baik The boat and rooms and staff were awesome. But the itinerary was lackluster. We did one kayaking stop-off and then they let us jump off the back of the boat and tread water for a bit. My previous cruise we stopped at actual locations and had guided tours.

This was an amazing experience. The food was plentiful and the staff very attentive. The bedroom was perfect being a corner room with balcony. Couldn’t have been better.

Luar Biasa Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless.

Wirklich schöne 2 Tages-Tour durch die Halong-Bucht. Toller Blick aus dem Zimmer, vom Sonnendeck und dem Speisesaal. Service wird sehr groß geschrieben, sämtliches Personal ist freundlich und sehr engagiert.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
