Great location, low-key but classy vibe, great included breakfast, nice amenities.

The premises are very nice and clean. The staff are excellent and super helpful. They also offer breakfast which is delicious. I always stay at this hotel chain all around 🇵🇪

The hotel is very well located and the property is nice, clean and modern. The staff is really attentive and they provide genuinely good service. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast has plenty of options, however my stay was heavily affected by maintenance issues and poor execution. 1 week before my arrival I was informed that the pool would be under programmed maintenance but that it would reopen by the day of my arrival, however it remained closed during that entire day, and when it finally opened the water was freezing cold due to heater problems. Unfortunately, this issue continued throughout the stay. On a 7 days stay, we were able to enjoy the pool only 1 day. The biggest disappointment was loud construction and nonstop drilling above our room at 8pm, which eventually forced us to change rooms late in the evening after a long day, having to pack everything, etc To their credit, management refunded one night and the staff made an effort afterward, but overall the hotel did not feel fully prepared to operate at the level expected for the price and experience promised.

Absolutely wonder wonderful. The staff there are amazing. The only downside was the pool was serviced in the middle of the day and we weren’t able to swim. And unfortunately it’s chilly this time of the year so by six P.M. it’s too cold but other than that it would absolutely wonderful. Will stay here again

The room was very clean and comfortable, it had a nice view. It's location is great and very accesible. Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

Excellent service and location. Comfortable bed and clean spacious room. Staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good and had options. I will definitely stay here again next time i am in Lima.

Very nice staff knowledgeable and always willing to assist. Housekeepers were amazing. The room was always clean and well put together. Food is excellent. Very tasty. Clean and staff in the eating area was always asking if we needed any help.

Title: Mixed experience – great staff, but significant service issues I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. On the positive side, the breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the staff in that area were excellent—a special thanks to Erika for her service. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful, particularly Diana. However, there were several issues that detracted from our stay. While the reception staff were generally polite, the service overall felt lacking in some areas: • Comfort: One night, the air conditioning was turned off between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, making the room hot and uncomfortable. • Amenities: The pool was closed on one of the days we planned to use it. • Check-out: I had booked three spa services and requested a late check-out to accommodate them. The hotel only offered an extension until 12:30 PM, which was insufficient for my needs. As a result, I was forced to check out much earlier than anticipated at 10:30 AM. I truly appreciated the hard work of the breakfast and cleaning teams, and some of the people in the welcoming area door but the lack of flexibility and the issues with basic amenities and air conditioning made the stay disappointing. I was VIP with hotels. Com and did not get any welcoming drink or similar.
