We’ve stayed here every year for about 4-5 years now. Always clean and perfect location close to the Convention Center. This is a dependable place to stay. I just wish they had a little more luxury beds. They are comfortable enough but could be better.

Parking on the premise is NOT included despite what the listing says. It’s “subject to availability.” I only booked this listing because of the parking so this was disappointing. Parking is also an additional $37.45. The pool available on the listing is almost a half hour walk so we did not go. But the distance to shops and dining, the convention center, and the beach is 10-20 minutes walking and there’s a washer and dryer and full kitchen, which we appreciated. Overall good value besides the parking issue.

This is a charming little hidden gem! We only stayed one night before boarding our cruise and it was a perfect two bedroom lil casita! I will Definitely stay again! Washer and dryer in our unit, was perfect and so helpful in getting everyone ready to go! Easy check in very clean and stocked

Location, I was attending a conference and it was across the street from the venue

The room was nice. It would use some better lighting, it was dark in the room with all the lights on. Flooring in front the the counter had large gaps in it. John was nice and helpful at check-in. It was pretty quiet both nights, with a few people getting home late and doors shutting.

The staff is above and beyond friendly. They made us feel very welcome and the common grounds are a great place to relax. Our room was very clean and they were so accommodating to our requests.

The pictures were misleading, as they showed a well-maintained or even renovated, high-quality room. In reality, the floor was badly damaged, and everything appeared worn and in poor condition. The bedding had stains. Housekeeping was acceptable, and amenities were partially replenished on a daily basis. Overall, the place served its basic purpose. Everything is within walking distance which was good.

It is a nice apartment room but the air conditioning is so loud and the guests upstairs is too loud.
