Staff were fabulous. Breakfast was excellent. Amazing young chef at the egg station.

we loved our stay at Ramayana, the room was large and lux, staff amazing, food at the restaurant was quality.

This is my favorite place to stay in Bali. It has always been nice, but this year was exceptional. The staff were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast chef makes the best omelettes in the country, and the barman ensured my drinks were nice and strong! Thank you Ramayana!

Our room was beautiful. Wasn’t exactly ocean front as you are made to believe in the pictures and descriptions it’s more pool front. And there is construction works going on at the waters edge so there wasn’t any access. Other than that it was noisy at night as expected but a comfy well appointed stay

The rooms were clean and large. Even though it is somewhat worn and dated, everything worked. We had one issue with the A/C remote that was fixed immediately. The staff were all warm and friendly. We arrived late and the restaurant just closed but Kaden and her colleagues scrambled around to get us snacks and a beverage. We had all our meals in the onsite restaurant and they were all good. Breakfast buffet was good value. My wife and I had a spa treatment for two. My wife said it was the best massage she’s ever had.

the room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. we had a very enjoyable stay; the pool was great, and all of the staff were very friendly.

We booked 4 nights at Ramayana but after staying one night we checked out, found a beautiful 4 bed 2pool private vila for the same price! This hotel is mouldy. Inside and out. At some point it was a beautiful hotel, with stunning little paths with greenery, probably few decades ago. Everything is outdated, old and got that 'old' smell as well as mould in the bathrooms and outside. The restaurant is tasteless, all the seats and pillows dirty. The tiles around the pool all loose/missing. There's no beach. The Aircon is noisy and located right in front of the bed meaning it's blowing right to the face if it's on. The list goes on, I wont get into gritty details. It was non refundable so lost the money too annoyingly. All in all would not recommend.
