The room was spotless and well-maintained. I paid extra for a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be quite small, around 1x1 meter, which was a bit disappointing. The breakfast was abundant, fresh, and offered a great variety. The hotel’s Bianca restaurant was outstanding, with great food and friendly staff. The hotel is located near the Ice-Mall and 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Great hotel within 10 minut walo of the beach. The breakfast is one of its highlights, check it out. There is no view. There is construction next door (03/2026) Not their fault but if you plan on sleeping in or stairing at a view from your hotel room.... not gonna work out well. The staff were very freindly and genuine.❤️

Quaint, stylish little place with a nice pool. Not as loud or busy as larger Eilat hotels. The hotel is generally in need of a bit of maintenance but nice overall. No view. Strong perfume used as fragrance in public areas for some reason. Breakfast was okay but did not live up to the reviews. Very small parking lot, though there is a paid city lot a block away.

Everything about Brown Hotels is customer centered and totally lovely. They have super kind hosts and complimentarily little surprises! Loved every minute!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. I would like to thank Anchal and Shay who work at the front desk, for their outstanding service. Each time I stay, they really go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. 20 out of 10 stars :). Amazing :).

the welcome was very disappointed. we arrived at 16.30 and have been told the room is not ready yet.. the check-in is 15.00 and they tell us it's from and can be later... we asked for the manager and a room was provided...
