Sangat Baik Loved the location and loved our suites! Also enjoyed the cappuccino maker. We and other guests did deplete the espresso beans in the machine! So our last morning lacked the necessary caffeine!
Staff very helpful and easy to work with! A little tricky to figure out how to enter the building but helpful signage out front.
The only thing we didn’t care for was the mattress. It was very hard and we did not sleep well.
Will return if mattresses are softer! Really great place just super hard platform mattress.

On arrival we were guided up to the rooms by Francesca, and we were taken back by how good the room was for the price paid. Francesca and Teresa stayed in touch with me before the visit and also reacted well to help me when my flights created a late arrival, they also suggested ways of getting to Sorrento from Naples Airport. They gave us tips on restaurants that were excellent and overall the ambiance, customer service, room and cleanliness were really good. I'd have no qualms recommending this as a great place to stay in Sorrento.

Melody is a great little BnB located in a building complex about a block or two away (5mins walking) from the main street in Sorrento. The hosts were wonderful and kind - we reached out to them beforehand and we were greeted by Michael at the front door. The facilities were clean and there is breakfast available in the morning. The actual hotel is located on the 4th floor of the building, and you must go to the back entrance of the building in order to enter.

Hotel dans un immeuble a condo. Un peu bruyant. Mal insonorisée au point que nous n'avons pas bien dormi. Tres propre tout de même et de bonne dimension. Nius ne recommanderions pas.

Clean. Responsive staff. Continental breakfast. Walkable to train, shopping, food, downtown. Near laundromat. Nothing glamorous, but simple and nice place to stay.

The room was very clean. There was a broken window in the room so we heard all the street noise. We also heard the people above us. The room was definitely not sound proof. We were there 3 days and only slept the first night cause we were exhausted. The breakfast across the street was fresh but only juice, pastry and coffee. The staff was very nice. The outside of the building looks a little shabby as well as the elevator, but once you enter the room its very nice.

The place was great, the room is really pretty and comfortable and there is a nice balcony as well. The staff is very friendly and nice. They received us very well, with a piece of cake and limoncello shots. The location was good, even when it was not in the centre, downtown easily reachable by foot on 5/10 minutes walk.
The only thing that could improve is having an easier way to reach the staff. We had some small issue to be solved and we were unable to locate them by phone on business hours and we had to wait sometime till we could reach them in the counter. Despite this, ones we found him, he was very helpful
