If only they had air conditioning during this hot weather—that would make it absolutely perfect. I also loved that there was a fridge in the room, which was so convenient for storing drinks and keeping them nice and cool.

Room clean but very very hot, with only a fan for comfort., A Taxi was phoned but it didn't arrive for 25 minutes! Staff were very friendly though.

There is a only two big towels in the bathroom so I can never see them another hotel

Beds uncomfortable no AC in this hot weather just a fan in the room and the room was really hot the advertised room is nothing like what you actually get

Everyone was nice and professional

It’s was an okay stay. As it is in renovation stage. It should continue the business. First setup everything. Make it to the standard and then start giving out the rooms. No point of opening with half work done.

My experience was disappointing. The room was not as clean as expected, with dust in several areas and stains on some surfaces. The staff were not very helpful when I raised my concerns, and responses were slow. The hotel did not match the description provided online, and some facilities were unavailable during my stay. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I do not feel it offered good value for money.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place if filthy and everything is broken. Our bed sheets were filthy and when we spoke to reception they handed us sheets and told us to change them ourselves as they the didn’t have any staff on. The place stank of weed. The light fittings were all broken. The shower door fell off. The public areas are ridiculous. The pictures are not a representation of the hotel in the slightest. The walls in the room by the bed were filthy with splashes of bodily fluids of different colours. Stay clear.

Outdated hotel, pictures on website are old.

The room itself was clean enough, the bathroom however was a state, mouldy and a strong whiff of urine. The "waterfall" shower head decided to fall off over my head as well and smash my toe, had a crack in the fitting and had been precariously fixed, a case of not my problem ended up in my foot being badly hurt.
