We were very upset with the reception when we checked in. We booked a big tween bed room with desk. But we were getting a tiny room. That was NOT we paid for. After going back friont desk, we got the correct room.
When we checked out, same agent was wrongly calculating again. After we double checked, she found she did wrong AGAIN! Btw, we checked in on 12/26/25, out on 1/4/26. Other than front dest agent, the breakfast were very good! Room was clean!

The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfy. However, the ac and wifi didn’t work within the room. You could also hear everything between the walls (in my case, the man snoring next door), so bring ear plugs.
The hotel notes that the reception is open until 12 midnight, but I arrived at 11:55pm on my check in date and no one was around. The next night, no one was around at 9pm. I confirmed with them that someone would be there beforehand, and messaged when I was on my way, but no one answered/ was present.
Great location on the tram and U-bahn lines.

Business trip great location nice hotel.
Down side no restaurant but plenty off choices a short walk away l.
Staff were very helpful rooms were very clean and a decent enough size, parking under hotel off road was handy.
