The breakfast was always out of coffee, AC unit in room was broken, terrible smell in building, no one was ever at front desk to help.

Wow, where do I start. From the checking in I was advised about a parking fee that I was only able to use once since there is limited parking (but got charged for two nights). The elevators need some serious work as they were both pretty jumpy. Breakfast was not well maintained with most of the offerings being empty at 8AM (just not on top of it). Ice machines were all broken. However, all in all the room was comfortable and clean and the property was pretty well maintained.

Convenient location, nice area to sit with lovely view. Staff was very nice, but seem to need more. From check in (room not ready and never got a notice when it was), to breakfast (only one replenishing coffee, hot food, etc), to checkout (had to wait 15 minutes as staff had left to help another guest) it seemed a few more staff would help raise the bar.

Upon arrival- found out POWER WAS OFF, COLD showers only. After my request, was offered sister hotel options- had to hurriedly book @ Hampton- 15 minutes away. Hampton accommodated us. I understand this happens- life happens. What was disappointing was there was NO NOTICE from either the Hyatt Hotel or Expedia. The Hyatt Front Desk Host (Michelle), assured us that we would receive a full refund on our reservation, due to power outage. Please refund me the total amount of our reservation onto our credit card used. Thank you!

This hotel was not clean or maintained. One of the hot tubs was out of order. The garbages were full each day. The breakfast was not warm or a typical Hyatt buffet. The hotel had dead bugs in the dining area along with dirty dishes sitting out. The room did not look clean and the bathroom was dirty. The carpet was coming up in the room, making it dangerous to walk without shoes on. I would not recommend this hotel and we were disappointed with our stay.

Second time staying at this particular Hyatt Place location. Oddly, we had an experience here that was considerably anamalous and hopefully is never experienced again. We checked in about 5:30PM (Tuesday, June 16th). Approximately two hours later, the power cut out to the entire community of Keystone. It wasn't fully restored until Friday, (June 19th) just prior to 1PM. Even afterwards, the elevators remained out-of-service (meaning we had to carry our luggage down four floors on the day we checked out) and hot water remained elusive (meaning cold showers all the way through the day we checked out, Saturday, June 20th). Fortunately, our vacation plans had us out of the hotel and off the property for much of the time we were in the area, so we weren't too terribly inconvenienced by the situation. We also discovered a working outlet in the hallway just outside our room and ran an extension cord from that outlet into our room, providing for light and access to desparately needed Internet to plan some of the more granular, last minute parts of our vacation. All the while, the staff (especially Jimmy) were incredibly polite and professional. Despite the unfortunate circumstance, it never dampened our mood and we do plan on returning to the facility next year when visiting family out along the front range and western slope as the location serves as a great halfway point for all parties involved. The room was clean and a soft bed. Nice walking trails nearby and breakfast was fresh daily.
