This place was seriously fantastic! The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The staff were super friendly, and the food was really good too, especially the breakfast we had at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would totally recommend it. It's definitely a first-class experience all around. The only problem is with the shower keeps switching up hot to cold

Enjoyed the waterpark. Food buffet was hectic - never any glasses available, and all had stomach aches from food. Room was perfect to stay in and light and spacious. Plug didn’t work but maintenance came round asap. Toilet was falling off wall and shower door didn’t close. Al a bit tired. Did go there for the waterpark however and this did deliver

First ever all inclusive and I am so glad I chose this hotel. All food was halal. Aqua Park accommodated all ages with so many different slides and hardly a busy que. All rooms had AC, every single staff member was 5* and the hotel entertainment was a bit of something for everyone absolutely amazing. Just so your aware ice cream is not included in all inclusive apart from the dinner buffet.

Our stay at Aqua Mirage Marrakech was a nightmare from the moment we checked in. The experience started with an extremely disrespectful interaction with Hamza at reception. While I was trying to understand why I was being charged an additional $500, Hamza told me that my husband, my two children, and I could enter the hotel, but my other child would have to wait outside. This was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of professionalism and basic customer service. Later that evening, we called the front desk twice to request an extra blanket, but no one ever brought it to our room. The following day, I visited Guest Relations to report these issues. I was promised that someone would call me back to resolve the situation, but I never received a call or even a simple apology. We even saw the Guest Relations manager againat the resort, and he made no effort to acknowledge what had happened or apologize. On our last night, our family was awakened at 1:00 a.m. by three intoxicated individuals knocking on our door. I immediately reported the incident to the front office, yet once again, there was no follow-up or apology. Throughout our stay, we felt ignored and unsupported. Not once did anyone take responsibility or offer a sincere apology for the poor service and distress we experienced. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. A resort should make its guests feel welcome, respected, and safe. Sadly, Aqua Mirage Marrakech failed on all three.

Great place to stay for a family holiday. The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked. The buffet restaurant for meals was amazing. So much choice of food and decent quality too. The water park was good fun, and all the pools were well maintained. The grounds were lovely to walk around and very well maintained. The gym was also spacious. Only drawback for us was the loud music played in the dining hall. There was no escape to this. This was very over stimulating for some members of our party which made mealtimes a bit stressful. We were given permission on one occassion to take food out of the dining room, however, it was quite a process so wouldn't have been manageable to do for every meal. It would be great if there was a quiet area in the dining room.

Aqua Mirage Marrakech is a nice hotel, especially for families. The water park is enjoyable, and it's a good place to relax with children. The food was generally good, although some dishes tasted like they had simply been reheated rather than freshly prepared. Example (Tagine of beef) My biggest disappointment was the service. While a few employees were friendly and helpful, many others seemed unwilling to make much effort when I asked for assistance. It also felt like there was poor communication between staff members, which led to confusion. At the bars, the atmosphere was disappointing. Many staff members looked exhausted and rarely smiled. Even asking for a glass of water sometimes felt like you were asking them for a personal favor rather than something included with your stay. Overall, the hotel has good facilities and can be a great choice for families because of the water park. However, improving customer service, staff attitude, and communication would make the experience much better.

We had an amazing stay - good variety of food, lots of activities, daily housekeeping and helpful staff.

Overall - service is okay… Areas for improvement: - Mosquito spray in rooms daily and around site. - Food menu should vary - same food daily is uneatable. - Shuttle bus service should be free throughout the day. - Benches and shelters around the site. - Air conditioning in all areas. - Multi-faith prayer room is a must on site. - Faster check in and check out service. Good Points: - Friendly Staff

Liked Kind helpful staff everywhere Room fine Grounds lovely and well kept Food good variety, bbq outside usually good call, pizza nice, breakfast fresh made Moroccan pancakes, adult seating area always had space and was peaceful AI drinks good, beer fine, cocktails made fresh. Orderly lines to get served Other holiday makers good, didn’t see pushing in etc Medina area not as busy etc as I expected. Traders friendly but they are pros so don’t expect great deals! Price was pretty low so overall fantastic value for money. Possibly best vfm I ve had Airport was breeze both ways, straight through although again I recognise has a bad rap and we may have been lycky Not liked Main thing is distance from Marrakesh, need transport to get there. Have free/ cheap coach in (depending on time). We often took taxis but reckon they saw us coming and we paid over but hey!
