Good location on the centre of Bucharest. Staff really helpful and hotel clean and comfortable. Fruit and wine on arrival a nice touch. Rooms and furniture showing their age a bit. Would benefit from a revamp before too long.

Hotel is beautiful and cannot fault anything. Only no pool as was really warm outside at the month we went. But overall excellent and centrical to everything.

Wide range of breakfast selections, spacious room and elegant decor. Would come again if staying at central Bucharest!

It is very centrally located with easy walking to a lot of places. The room was very quiet, no outside noise whatsoever. It was beautifully decorated and large. Just FYI, they don’t have blackout curtains which was fine with us but might bother others. The air conditioning was great. Very nice shower, too. All staff were very friendly and very polite.

A very good welcome basket in the room with fruit, biscuits and wine, a lovely touch. Everyone was very friendly. Room was a decent size

Wonderful staff, wonderful area, incredible hotel

We were super happy with the location and the staff was amazing even in mailing postcards for us.

Excellent service. Above and beyond!

A perfect stay. Beautiful room, lovely view. Great amenities. Wonderful staff who were only the kindest with their time and help. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice place in the heart of Bucharest, close to everything. Staff very helpful. Bathroom has to be improved as well as the air conditioning. Every request we made was addressed and solved very quickly. I would recommend this hotel and I will probably book again when I will be back in the fall. The restaurant of the hotel was much above the expectations. I would greatly recommend.
