Amazing hotel with attentive staff!

Amazing staff and lovely rooms

Quirky yet thought it would not be as walkable and convenient as it did turn out to be. Staff is amazing. Easy to meet guests and have a conversation

All the staff (Ivan & Victor) though everyone was gracious friendly and helpful,

Wonderful and colorful place to stay very close to the beach and restaurants but still quiet and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and unique, the staff is wonderful and the pools - especially the infinity pool on the top floor are great. Will stay here again!

We were gets so warmly as soon as we got in. The hotel is just a gem of a place. Classic beauty and the room to fully spread out comfortably. We stayed in the Candelaria Suite which boasted it's private outdoor terrace, literally a few feet from the pool. I can't explain how luxurious it felt to just nest with my husband in the most confien king size bed and wake up to the enormous windows with a beautiful view of the jungle mountains. Our goal is now to come back for a visit until we stay in all the suites. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You'll soon be addicted.

We love this hotel. This was our 4th time to PV, but 3rd time staying here! Highly recommend. All of the staff is so friendly and always make sure you are having a good stay! We have zero complaints about this hotel!

Todo bien el personal muy amable y atento, sus albercas bien, les falta poco mantenimiento general bien la tematica del Hotel es muy padre y por tal motivo se siente un ambiente viejo y descuidado pero tal ves es por su tematica! Solo una observación se me acabó el agua del sanitario!
