I typically choose hotels that maintain the highest standards of luxury and service, so I was genuinely surprised and disappointed by my experience at this property. In my opinion, it did not meet the expectations of a 4½-star hotel. One of the most frustrating issues was the condition of our room. The shower drain became clogged not once, not twice, but three separate times during our stay. This should have been permanently resolved after the first report, yet it continued to be a recurring problem. The level of service was equally disappointing. During dinner, we waited nearly two hours to be served. Even more concerning, my daughter’s meal arrived approximately 45 minutes before mine, making it impossible for us to enjoy our dinner together. Throughout the evening, we repeatedly had to flag down waitstaff just to receive basic attention. When I expressed my concerns at checkout, the response was simply an apology along with an offer to upgrade me if I chose to return in the future. While I appreciated the apology, I found this resolution inadequate. I believe the focus should have been on ensuring guests receive the level of service and accommodations expected during their current stay, rather than offering incentives to return after such a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below the standards I expect from a hotel of this rating, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

It’s a nice hotel with great location and near to the airport. But you can tell that the hotel is getting old. The room is getting old. The water pressure is weak and the show area often flood

Excellent Very well designed

A wonderful stay from start to finish. Everything was spotless and impeccably maintained, and the service was warm and attentive throughout. What made it special, though, was that it is the official hotel for the visiting jazz musicians performing at the Java Jazz festival – my reason for being in Jakarta, and the late-night jam sessions that sprang up were beautifully facilitated by the hotel. The bar staff deserve particular praise: they kept the energy going with genuine care and attention well past midnight, anticipating what the musicians and guests needed without ever missing a beat. It turned an already excellent hotel into a memorable one. Five stars across the board, and I'd happily return.

Staff is very friendly

Staff are very nice and helpful. But cleanliness is not the best, this time my toilet basin was not very clean.

Right in the middle of the action in PIK and part of a nice mall. Great if PIK is your base.

It's always a pleasure to stay in this hotel . The service and confort are outstanding and the people of the hotel are very nice

Looks new. Nice decor. Good for business trip. Very good staff from check in to breakfast, but driveway-lobby doormen can be better in terms of service. But overall it is a good stay with a good location.
