Spacious room, hot shower, good aircon and fan. Good value for money. Just off the main street but quiet, short walk to the beach.

Nice location on pretty street. Family run with great service. The AC works great and there is nice seating area available downstairs with drinks for purchase. The siamese cat is entertaining. Scooters do go past randomly at night with loud exhaust which can be disruptive, other than that it is quite quiet.

Sangat Baik This is a nice little place to spend a night or two. My room wasn't super luxurious, but it was clean, spacious, and really excellent value for money. The owner was friendly and I'm sure would help sort out any travel issues you might have. The building is situated a little back from the main road, so it doesn't get too noisy.
The area around Les Fleurs has a great selection of amenities - I particularly liked the little collection of very cheap restaurants down on the main road (Jai, Go Pong etc).
It's a fair old walk to the beach from here, so you might want to stay somewhere else if your after a beachfront place.
