Good location. Clean hotel. Staff awful. Rude and unhelpful. Girl checking us in was very rude and abrupt. Made life very difficult checking in and when I provided the information she sensed along with proof of ID which she demanded, she didn’t even say thank you. Would not return.

Wow! What a great find! Super close to the Tube, they give a 15% discount on food and drink at the bar when you download their app, it was new, stylish and fun downstairs (busy on a Sunday night!). The food was fab and the staff members were nice and very helpful. The rooms were on the small side but very functional, clean and modern. The shower was great. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Good hotel. Great value for money. Perfect location if you are visiting the O2 area. Right by canning station and loads of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby but also the hotel had loads to offer for food and drink too. Room was a little small but as expected with a standard ibis double room. Great hotel.

This hotel is fantastically located for business travelers attending conferences at the Excel Center. It is a very short three stops away. The hotel is clean, Has a 24 hour lobby bar with food and drinks and although the rooms are small they are very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers. The only watch out is the rooms are a bit small for couples so not sure I would bring a family.

Perfect location for us for travelling to the o2, it's opposite the tubes and not far. We loved that food and drink retail shops were nearby also. The hotel itself was very clean and cosy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and good value for money, we had a nice view and we're given spare pillows. We did hear some noise outside of the room in the hallway which may have been running water or something to do with the AC unit but this didn't bother us too much in our actual room. The limitless account deal offering 15% off drinks and good when signing up was a great offer we utilised. WiFi worked well and overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely come back.
