The mattress of the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. I asked for a room for me and my girls and there were not enough sheets and blankets or towels. Another thing that surprises me is that I asked for a room with a kitchen but there were neither cutlery or plates. The first time something like that happens to me.

The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. The only issue was poor elevator service.

do not stay here. it’s gilded garbage.

The door man to NUBE. Was very disrespectful towards my wife and I. Not going back.

Overall great experience on my wedding anniversary weekend. Property was very nice and comfortable stay due to the amount of foot traffic. Only concern we’re longer wait times for elevator access, and pickups on valet parking throughout the stay.

We loved our stay at the Beach House! We stayed in the oceanfront king suite with our baby and it was the perfect amount of space for our family with a beautiful view. The only cons were the slow elevators and they kept making announcements over the intercom for fire alarms issues. It was odd but didn’t ruin our stay.

Firstly I arrived w 2 large suitcases- 3/4 concierge just stared at me & offered no help. Another man from inside spotted me & came to help- Marek! The most professional person I encountered. The room was not as advertised-On Expedia it shows a totally different view. The man checking me in cared more about asking about my tattoos than resolving. I felt v uncomfortable & gave up trying to explain. The elevators took forever, only 1 was working. There was one dedicated to a restaurant, the woman operating it was so rude. Despite nobody there she refused me & others use of it,& shook her head when anyone did. There was circa 25 people waiting to go upstairs! They didn’t clean my room 2 days running.Water and coffee and cups not replenished. When I called for water (it’s almost 100 degrees daily) I was told “oh we were short today, tomorrow is better to ask for water”. After paying $400 a night this is farcical. What hotel doesn’t have water? . The pool was like a creshe, it was £30 for fries and a drink. Kids throwing balls past your face and people dragging chairs constantly. If you want to sit overlooking the sea there is an extra charge of ~$200 a day!!! The WiFi didn’t work my entire stay. Told me I couldn’t have a beach umbrella, then offered them to everyone else around me. Atrocious service & not worth the price tag.

Very nice place! We went for our anniversary & it was amazing! Jada was amazing and so was the other staff! I’m definitely going back! The views are amazing!

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was excellent, and every detail made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly felt valued as a guest and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
