Didn’t know it was this bad. The room I was placed in had sour flies, the flouring missing or raised and the toilet not working. I told front desk about it and no one came as they said. I even fell asleep and when I woke up to use the restroom called front desk and had to change rooms that hour of the night. That was it for me.

Good a/c Friendly staff

Decent enough hotel to stay for the night before our cruise. It was nice they provided transportation to the cruise terminal. You did have to ride a big bus with a crazy bus driver. It was packed full of people and you had to stand in line in the heat waiting to board the bus. Front desk staff not super friendly or helpful.

There were termite bugs all throughout our room and I mean hundreds of them. We asked 3 times for a different room but we never received one. We were in the building behind the main hotel. Apparently, the entire building we stayed in is infested with the termites. The staff all knew about this problem but they didn't change our room or do anything else about it.

Unfortunately we checked out a half hour after we checked in, with no credit at all. We went to our room, what was supposed to be a queen bed was barely a full. There was rust and dirt everywhere and a lizard was in the bathroom. Nothing was clean and the pictures online must be from when they first opened the hotel because nothing matched. Since we booked through Hotels.com they said they couldn't refund us anything. We would not have left if it wasn't disgusting so I don't see how we don't get any money back for false advertising.

Not sure if you've seen other reviews for this place, but I'll clarify with my experience what I found true and false: The staff is great, very personable, and as helpful as they needed to be. Check-in was easy (once I got to it, I'll mention more later) check out was very easy, and there were no surprises. The girl at the desk even offered multiple possible rooms based on our convenience. The bed was clean, there was indeed plenty of parking, and I didn't feel like the area was dangerous. I also did agree that the rooms were extremely dingy, though not unacceptably disgusting. Really just kinda run-down, haphazardly repaired when needed (e.g. what looked like a non-slip mat in our bathtub was actually a rubber repair pad from a broken tub that collected water) and not a place I'd want to spend much time awake. The shower was paltry at best. I've had golden showers with more water pressure. There was also a lot of airplane noise, though being right next to the airport I don't see how you can avoid that. The walls are quite thin too so if ambient noise from people outside bothers you, this isn't the place for you. Unfortunately for us as well, the place was very understaffed. Check-in took 30+ minutes as there was only one girl at the front desk and the sussy group in front of us decided to make a cash reservation for their whole family with 3 rooms on-the-fly. By the time we were done, there was still a huge line behind us. TL;DR This place is cheap for a reason.

There was a pool

I spent one night in the hotel between my flights. So nice that the hotel has shuttle. It was very convenient. My room was clean. The AC worked well. The sound isolation is not very good. I could hear people talk in the neighbor's room.

I did not like the fact we were promised a transfer to Miami Port for a cruise but the driver was not using the list which my name was the 1st name on the list. The staff are extremely distracted and not focused on customer service. The room was clean and close to the airport.

I was there June 1st to 2nd .. 1st and foremost.. their shuttle goes around and pick you up at the airport EVERY HOUR. I landed at 6:05 called at 6:20 and was told the shuttle only goes by every hour and the next time it will be at airport would be 7. I asked if I could cancel my reservation as I didn’t want to wait 40min for a shuttle after flying. The employee Gabby proceeded to say she couldn’t help me and to contact the 3rd party company I booked with and hung up. I called back 3xs and she didn’t answer. 4th time she did. I asked for her name told me no & hung up. I called again & she transferred me to a Guy. I mention the guy the problem. I asked him if he could give me her name.. (this is the manager) he proceeds to say “Are you still coming for your reservation?” I said “Yes” and he said “You can get her name when you get up here”..horrible customer service. I ended up getting an uber and arrived to hotel at 7:15. Lady calls up there asking about shuttle.. Shuttle didn’t show up till idk when.. but deff not 7!! So BEWARE OF SHUTTLE WAIT! On top of that Gabby looked like she had just woken up or was hungover as she looked not unkept. The next day.. the shuttle was leaking from the top.. I only looked up because it kept falling on the young lady infront of me. The staff stops me from coming back to this hotel! Never again.
