It's a wonderful property with a fabulous location. We loved the room and the ocean view, and took delight in the balcony, the proximity of the ocean and the pool were to die for, and everything we hoped for. The staff was nice, although we were promised chapagne ,which we never got. Communication was not a staff strong suit some of the information we were given was either incomplete or in accurate although they were always polite and professional.
We also spent two days at the Huntley following our stay at the Shore, and found the staff were more attentive and on top of their game. Hugo the gentleman at the front desk provided us with a wine and charcuterie board as an anniversary welcome gift even though we spent our actual anniversary day and night at the Shore, and they charged our rental while we ate dinner. You do not stay in a hotel for such niceties, but gestures go a long way toward satisfaction, memories, and stars.
None the less we would stay at the Shores again it's beautiful.
