Great location right by the ocean! You can enjoy the sunrise over the water from both the living room and the master bedroom. The property was very clean and had air conditioning units in every room. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very spacious for the three of us. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, and the building has 24/7 security, so we felt very safe throughout our stay.

Good things about the property: There are plenty of restaurants within walkable distance. The check in was smooth. The property has security. The property has beautiful view of the water. The property presented clean and essential amenities were provided. Washing machine is a plus.
The host was attentive and responsive.
Strong and powerful air conditioning the whole property. Good quality beds provided.
Things that not so good: average soundproofing.
Can hear people talking, walking, pulling chair outside.
furniture a bit run down.
Tv box did not have any watchable movie or show. Mainly YouTube.
Overall a good stay.

Fantastic view over the sea and condos along gurney drive. Nice location, short walk to Paragon and Gurney malls. Attractions are only 5 minutes away- Burmese and Thai temples.
Host has been friendly and understanding of our needs. Rooms and washrooms are clean. We strongly recommend this apartment for short holidays in lovely Penang.
